Withdrawal Policy
Information about your statutory right of withdrawal when purchasing digital knitting and crochet patterns, including a model withdrawal form.
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire fourteen days after the day on which the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email):

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, I shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which I am informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
I will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
3. Special Provisions for Digital Content
My knitting and crochet patterns are supplied as digital content that is not provided on a tangible medium.
For contracts involving payment for such digital content, the right of withdrawal may expire before the end of the withdrawal period if all applicable statutory requirements have been met. These include:
- Performance of the contract has begun.
- You have expressly consented to performance beginning before the end of the withdrawal period.
- You have acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins.
- You have received the legally required confirmation of the contract, including the relevant consent and acknowledgement.
Important: The right of withdrawal does not automatically expire simply because a product is offered as a download or because a file has been downloaded. All statutory requirements must be fulfilled.
Your statutory rights concerning defective digital content remain unaffected.
4. Model Withdrawal Form
If you wish to withdraw from the contract, you may complete and return this form. Its use is optional; a clear statement sent by email is also sufficient.
