If you contact me by email, I process the personal data you provide in order to handle your inquiry and for further communication.

9. Newsletter

If you subscribe to my newsletter, I process your email address and, where applicable, any additional data you voluntarily provide in order to send you information about new patterns, special offers, blog posts, and creative content.

I use Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) to send my newsletter. In this context, the data entered as part of the newsletter subscription may be transmitted to and processed by Brevo. Brevo provides its own Privacy Policy. Newsletter consent must always be given actively. When a newsletter tool is used, a data processing agreement is generally required.

You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, for example by using the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or by sending me a message.

10. Purchases and Digital Downloads via Payhip

My website offers purchasing options for digital products. The actual checkout process, payment processing, and/or digital delivery are handled through Payhip. If you initiate or complete a purchase, personal data may be transmitted to and processed by Payhip to the extent necessary for payment processing, transaction management, download delivery, and customer support. Only when you actively click on such a link do you leave my website and switch to the respective external website.

My website also contains links to external sales platforms, in particular CrazyPatterns, myboshi, MyPatterns, Etsy, and similar providers. Simply visiting my website does not automatically transmit data to these platforms through ordinary links. Only when you actively click on such a link do you switch to the respective external platform.

The respective operator is solely responsible for data processing on those external platforms.
