Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me,

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email or by post.

You may use the sample withdrawal form below for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, I will reimburse all payments I have received from you without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which I receive notice of your withdrawal.

For this reimbursement, I will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Special Notice Regarding Digital Content

For contracts for the supply of digital content that is not delivered on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if

• I have begun performance of the contract,

• you have expressly agreed that I may begin performance of the contract before the withdrawal period expires, and

• you have confirmed that by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal

As my products are provided as digital downloads, the right of withdrawal may therefore expire prematurely once these requirements have been met.
