From Summer Sweater to Dress – why AirStyle #1 can do even more now

IAs part of preparing the relaunch – true to the idea of

"Style knows no Size" –
I decided to crochet AirStyle #1 once again.

Not because it was necessary.
But because I wanted to experience it again, consciously.

Stitch by stitch.

And at some point…
I simply kept crocheting.

No plan.
No goal.

Just because it felt right.

And in that exact moment, the idea appeared:

👉 Why not turn it into a dress?

The beginning – and more potential than expected

AirStyle #1 was originally designed as a lightweight summer sweater:

• relaxed
• straight cut
• easy and comfortable to wear

But this very construction…
👉 suddenly opens up more possibilities than you might expect at first glance.

Because when you simply keep working the pattern,
something quite exciting happens:

✨ The sweater becomes a dress.

No complicated adjustments.
No new techniques.
Just… more length.

The relaunch – more than just a new name

As part of the relaunch, I didn't just crochet AirStyle #1 again –
I also refined many details of the pattern.

You might remember this design under its former name:
👉 "HOLEinALL"

The core design remains the same –
but the pattern itself has been thoughtfully improved:

• clearer structure
• easier to follow
• enriched with additional tips and guidance

And almost as a side effect, something new emerged:

the option to easily turn the sweater into a dress.

Two looks – one pattern

AirStyle #1 can now be:

• worn as a classic summer sweater
• or extended into a light and airy dress

And the best part?

👉 The pattern stays exactly the same.

You simply decide when to stop.

Designed with flexibility in mind

AirStyle #1 is worked from the top down and intentionally designed
to be easily adjustable:

• customizable length
• relaxed, modern fit
• clear and logical construction

👉 That's what makes it so versatile.

💛 Styling – entirely up to you

And this is where it gets really fun.

Depending on how you wear your AirStyle,
the look changes completely:

• with a slip dress underneath, it becomes elegant and everyday-ready
• over a bikini, it turns into the perfect beach or holiday piece
